• Cynthia Wade’s new documentary “Born Sweet” had its world premiere at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival! Brooklyn Vitagraph’s David Teague edited the film and was one of the cinematographers. The Sundance shorts jury (including legendary producer Christine Vachon) awarded “Born Sweet” an Honorable Mention in Short Filmmaking.

• David Teague has just wrapped editing the documentary “Sun Come Up” for director Jennifer Redfearn.

• The official website for David Teague’s new documentary “Intifada NYC” is online here. “Intifada NYC” played festivals in 2009 (including the Margaret Mead Film & Video Festival) and will be seen internationally on television in 2010. Brooklyn Vitagraph? The Brooklyn Vitagraph (vie-ta-graf) Company takes it name from Brooklyn’s silent film era Vitagraph Studios (1906 – 1925). The old Vitagraph Studios produced films on Avenue M in Midwood, Brooklyn, and the original smoke stack still shows the Vitagraph name.
